Hooray for not having to hunt for and pay for parking! My only qualm is the hours. They also buy gold and it was really easy to get to from the 7 th St/Metro Center station. I would definitely come back though because the items were decently priced and they had a wide variety to choose from without being too overwhelming. I didn’t find exactly what I came for, but they did have some very nice items! In retrospect, I probably need to look at fabric or design store. They also had some tools and pouches for serious jewelry makers/sellers or if you want to gift your items. The other side had jewels, crystals, gems, and stones - mostly for jewelry making though. One side of the store had gold items - chains, studs for earrings, etc. I asked about their jewels and she pointed me in the direction to look. When I entered I was greeted by a friendly woman who asked if I needed any help. I’m really not familiar with stores in the jewelry district in downtown so wasn’t exactly sure what to expect. I found an hour to spare time this past Saturday and hopped on the Metro into Downtown. A friend of mine recommended Bella’s to me so after looking them up on Unilocal,I decided to give them a try. I’ve been looking for some replacement jewels for one of my Carnival costumes. they are more pleasant to do business with. the owner there who is my pal, cyrus is the best along with his aunt and their employees. they are the best! and the other bella findings in the 607 s. ![]() ![]() i love them! :) if anyone needs to buy stuff from this store, i highly recommend having the 7 goodnesses assist. these 7 along with the co-owner, hooman are such sweethearts. the only employees here that have always remained super nice at all times are frances, tifa, james, ana (banana), kim, and the 2 phillipina curly long haired ladies. all because the new current co-owner, bob and so far 2 of his malfunctioning employees, mae and the older phillipina woman with glasses on have not improved themselves. it’s VERY awful experiences to have this type of issues happen. and for the record, my family and i have given this store SO MUCH business throughout the 20+ years. and you were not honest on top of being very rude. lieing to me that you didn’t see me when i was standing waiting next to the woman customer who came after me, i saw you looked at me and decide to help her first. i have to Unilocal the truth.» to the older philippina woman employee, you don’t need to be so rude and a liar. i always only want one item here.» older phillipina woman employee with glasses on said twice, «yes, we know you. then how do you know who i am that Unilocaled this business before?! because as soon as she quickly helped the woman customer who came into store after me that was standing next to me, the older phillipina woman employee with glasses on said to me, «she only wants one item.» me: «i only want one item too. that’s not right.» older phillipina woman employee said, «i didn’t see you.» YEAH RIGHT YOU DIDN’T SEE ME. ![]() since that was so rude, i said to the older philippina woman employee with glasses on, «excuse me, why are you helping her first when she came after me? i have been waiting here to buy something and you help her first? why? you ought to be helping me first not her who came after me. but what wasn’t nice was the fact that an OLDER philippina employee with glasses on quickly and sneakingly helped a woman customer who entered the store 15 mins after me who stood right next to me on my right side. noticed people kept coming in and greeted the employees here. ![]() I went to this place again to buy only one thing today hoping that they would improve with their customer service.
